Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

- The item is returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund. We are sorry but sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or faulty. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.

Upon receipt of items we will send you a confirmation email. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt and the card originally used will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, sorry about that :(

Exchanges 
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bardotboho.com and we will be happy to exchange the item.  Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend that you use a trackable service for peace of mind. 

Faulty Items
If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email us at hello@bardotboho.com including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval. 
 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be advised about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item please make sure it's well packaged and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance it will give you peace of mind and ensure we receive your item!
